How Proteins Help you Burn Fat from Diet Solution Program

If you need to lose weight, you may be tempted to think that you will need to give up on some of your nutrition, too. For a lot of people, one aspect of their diet that gets severely limited through dieting is that of protein intake. A recent study, however, by the Dairy Farmers’ Association of Canada, shows that protein is helpful to cut belly fat.
Many people claim that excess protein will get wasted while others say that all excess calories eventually end up being stored as fat. Biochemical pathways for the conversion of protein to fat do exist in humans, the likelihood of it ever happening in any but the most absurdly non-physiological circumstances are effectively nil.  Odds of protein being converted to fat in any quantitatively meaningful fashion is simply not going to happen.

The following foods have high amounts of proteins:
Chicken, Fish, Pork, Eggs and Dairy, Beans (including soy), Nuts and Seeds, Cheese, Lean Veal and Beef, Roasted Pumpkin, Squash, and Watermelon Seeds, Yeast Extract Spread (aka: Marmite), Lobster and Crab.
Also, protein releases a hormone called glucagon that does the exact opposite to insulin. So if insulin is a fat storing hormone, glucagon is a fat burning hormone.
If you eat a serving of protein with everyone of your meals you are going to get this fat burning effect. Protein is also a blood sugar stabilizer and will help you keep your energy levels at a constant throughout the day rather then the ups and downs you would get from just eating carbohydrates.
In addition to helping you burn fat, protein is essential to build muscle. Quite a few people  do not eat enough protein to help them build muscles. People that workout need to supplement their diet with a lot of protein. Without sufficient protein the muscles do not form properly and can lead to complications or improper shape.
